Through our sister company, Consolidated Utilities Corporation, we exclusively service AVSG's one dozen public CNG stations and several private stations in our service territory - and maintain a near flawless average uptime of 98 percent or greater across our family of fueling locations.
Comprehensive Service and Preventative Maintenance Drive Our Success
AVSG created Consolidated Utilities in 1999 after reevaluating our own service requirements and the service offerings of outside vendors. For nearly 10 years, Consolidated Utilities has effectively and reliably provided CNG fueling service to greater New England - 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
Our CNG service technicians are the best in the business. Formally trained by equipment manufacturers, Consolidated Utilities' technicians are equipped to handle any kind of service call or CNG emergency. Our technicians also subscribe to our service principle: preventative maintenance is the least costly and most efficient method of keeping our - and our partners' - CNG fueling stations up and operational.
With one of the largest inventories of backup and emergency CNG equipment, our customers rely on us to restore their fueling capability in the event of a major failure. Maintaining and servicing CNG fueling stations is our primary business - and we'll work with you to develop service programs that reduce costs while maximizing efficiency.

- Two-hour response time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- A large inventory of essential CNG fueling spare parts, special fittings, nozzles and hoses
- Fully-equipped CNG service vans with specialized monitoring and diagnostic equipment (required to test dispensers after service)
